Boot Camp Class description:  This intense 12 one hour workout program will take you through a variety of cardio and strength exercises.  Class will incorporate running, agility drills, weights, Kettle Bells, Kick Boxing, power/strength training and flexibility.  This is NOT your typical group exercise class.  Fit 360™ Boot Camp is a complete, comprehensive program that will include body composition analysis, diet assessments, nutritional counseling and pre/post program fitness assessments.  This program guarantees results and attracts anyone looking to shape up, change their body or just challenge their fitness level.  No matter what your age, size or fitness level, you can achieve great results!  Please bring a towel, water and heart rate monitor is encouraged, to help maximize your workout to achieve the best results.  When exercising by feel, you may not be elevating your heart rate enough to generate cardiovascular and weight loss benefits.
