She received her B.A. of Arts and Sciences from Cleveland State University and is certified personal trainer.  She is a certified Boot Camp Instructor, Boot Camp Workout Drill Instructor, Certified Nutrition Coach, NESTA, Chiseled Abs and Sculpted Glutes Instructor and CPR/AED Certified and Feng Shui Practitioner.
