A Boot Camp Fitness Program created specifically for you! Whether you’re new to group fitness or simply need a jump start in your exercise program, this is the class for you. Through a unique combination of workouts specifically designed for Seniors, you will experience a level of fitness and empowerment like no other! We will support each other through a team approach and share in each other’s achievements.

Areas we will focus on:
• Increasing strength, stamina, flexibility and balance.
• Learning how to adapt to your body’s changing needs, both physically and nutritionally.
• Building confidence in exercise which applies to other areas of your life. Become more active, get in shape, increase your energy or get faster chasing grandchildren!
Note: If you have medical considerations including, but not limited to, the following, you may be required to get your Physicians clearance before starting this or any fitness program.
