At Fit 360™ , our fitness prescription is designed specifically for YOU! The first session will include body composition & circumference measurements, body fat and lean fat weight analysis. Your BMI (Body Mass Index) and fat percentages defined. Blood pressure testing, Cardio Risk Profile Assessment, Identify Health Risk/Medical history, Define your maximum and lower limit heart rates. Your goals will be defined and specifically catered to achieve maximum results! Your specific eating patterns will be monitored to identify areas that can be changed. You will receive a Fit 360™ proprietary fitness booklet to track your progress.
